The Royal Sister Charity Care Foundation, operating under the generous support of the National Ummul Aytam fund and led by Her Majesty Hajiya Rukayya Dan Fulani, demonstrated profound compassion during its recent evening tea-break distribution at the King Fahad Ibn Abdul'azeez Women and Children Hospital. Amidst this act of kindness, the RSCCF Team encountered a poignant situation involving a 4-year-old orphan named Kabiru Amin.
Kabiru, sadly, was found to be in a dire state, suffering from severe malnutrition, anemia, and a severe case of malaria. Heartbreakingly, there was no one available to cover his medical expenses. Responding to this urgent need, The Royal Sister Charity Care Foundation swiftly stepped in, settling the entire medical bill amounting to NG20,000 for Kabiru. Additionally, the Foundation enrolled both the child and his caregiver as beneficiaries of the RSCCF program.
Tragically, despite the special care provided by the RSCCF Foundation, Kabiru Amin succumbed to his ailments within less than 24 hours. This poignant incident highlights the critical importance of ongoing charitable efforts and sheds light on the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals, underscoring the need for continued support and awareness in addressing healthcare disparities within the community. The Royal Sister Charity Care Foundation remains dedicated to its mission of providing aid and comfort to those in need.
