Following her official confirmation as the National Ummul Aytam (Mother of Orphans and less Privileged), Her Majesty Hajiya Rukayya Dan Fulani promptly established a novel organization known as the Royal Sister Charity Care Foundation. In a proactive move, she assembled a dedicated team of caretakers tasked with strategizing comprehensive support initiatives for underserved communities. The foundation's primary objectives include extending aid to impoverished and vulnerable individuals, fostering the well-being of orphans and the less privileged, and addressing the needs of those in IDP camps and Almajiri Schools.

Additionally, the organization aims to identify individuals grappling with the burden of medical expenses, as well as households facing challenges in securing basic necessities such as shelter, food, and education expenses.
